PAYMENT

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment. We do not ship orders COD — no exceptions will be made regardless of account status or purchase quantity. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept the following payment methods:
  • Zelle (Bank Transfer)
  • PayPal (Please note that there are PayPal fees charged to all business transactions that the buyer is responsible for paying)
  • Wire Transfers (Domestic and International – You are responsible for wire fees)
  • Checks (There is a $50 fee for bounced checks)

SHIPPING

Seller will ship all products via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The shipping costs shall be contingent upon location and weight of goods. If you would like signature on delivery.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including duty fees. For buyers who request to have the “signature on delivery” option, there is an extra fee charged by shipping carriers that the buyer will be responsible for paying. If buyer wishes not to include the signature on delivery option and the package shows that it was delivered but is missing, the seller is NOT responsible and will NOT issue a refund on missing items.


RETURNS/CLAIMS POLICY

(a) All sales are final and seller will not accept returns of any goods except as described in subsection (c) below.
 (b) Refused shipments of products are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, which shall be charged to the same account retailer used to purchase the products.
 (c) If buyer receives a product that is defective or incorrect in some way, buyer must notify Seller of the specific problem in writing along with proof within seven (7) days of receiving such defective or incorrect product, and JESDIT LLC will rectify issue to the best of ability.


POLICIES

JESDIT LLC reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any part of this wholesale contract without cause or prior notice to the customer. In the event of a conflict between a purchase order and this document, the terms and conditions of this document shall prevail. By issuing a purchase order to JESDIT LLC, and/or making a purchase on our website, the customer shall be deemed to accept the terms of this policy. To protect our customers and prevent manipulation of pricing, customers are not allowed in any shape or fashion to sell on third party websites nor on websites where JESDIT LLC sells its own products. Customers are not allowed to duplicate or reproduce products made by JESDIT LLC. Copying, modifying, reproducing, adapting, altering, or creating derivative works from any materials associated, included with, or embedded into the Products or participate in any such trade sales detrimental to the JESDIT LLC. Doing so can and will result in legal action. JESDIT LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates these terms & conditions.
